Hello my name is Hakim A. I’m living in Dallas almost for 30 Years and before that I was living in Germany for 9 years I like to eat good food and I love cooking, using spices knowing spices, chopping, creating new recipes or change or give a new twist to a delicious famous world knowing recipe few years back I was helping our USMC IN AFGHANISTAN I was with them 13th month, I have cooked many many time for my brothers and sisters in the field, every where I go the time of cooking if is 1 or 100 persons I am organizing for food, 5 years ago I have thought about Wings Kebab and last year I thought to give a good twist to the Biryani adding the Kebab to it, if the change to a world knowing recipe make the delicious Biryani more unique
